| 4 | Hmmmm.I've known a few women with very short hair who were forced to go salons, which are quite a bit more expensive than a barber, because all the barbers in their area refused to cut women's hair. I was skeptical when I heard it first but I've seen if happen in person a few times, and it really didn't seem right.
