How do you Escalate things into fwb relationship? Like I approach girls, talk with them, take number, later meet them but when I make things clear like I am not looking for something serious right now, they just back off

I am also new in this game stuff, I just go out and approach as many girls as possible (Daygame mostly) and every girl teaches me something new about themselves as well I get to learn about myself. You know it's like a video game, the more you approach the more your skills get level up.
