So if i give an attorney 5k and they bill 300 an hour, lets say i dont feel like they are fighting for me enough. Then that 300 an hour is gonna drag and you may end paying more to continue the case. If i give an attorney 5k im stuck no matter what. Id rather find one that bills 150 an hour with 2500 retainer cause its less of an investment. All because they charge more, doesnt mean they're better.
