I spent it with the family of my gf which it sucked btw, they love talking about everyone else while they are no example family by no means, wow. She even gives me shit for drinking one beer when going out but yeah, drinking like a madman is somehow encouraged while I'm with her family lmao this night sucked, I wish I stayed home coding, learning new things, chilling, playing vidya and not getting drunk pressured to drink awkwardly.

According to her. Shes not fucking anyone else and she has been only with me during this time that we started seeing each other more often. Shes sending me txt messages, like "Im sorry I know I explained myself incorrectly, please forgive me I havent been with anyone else, I know I said something dumb but its not what you think"

How to make friends in your mid 20's? Most people I meet are nice and everything to me but it seems like they already have their group of friends pretty well established. The only friend I have is a girl that I met in kindergarten and we only see each other when we go to events/festivals, nothing else, I'm not attracted to her btw, I just see her as a sister. To be honest since I swallowed the red pill it's been easier to ask girls out, fuck and that's it... But that doesn't make my life any bet…

Yeah, I've been there, to be honest, I'm still depressed, but lifting/running/exercising really helps a lot. Try to stay positive, I know it's hard but it's our only hope. Things do get better so TRY, that's all you need to do. Just start light, some push ups and some squats, later on you can start the program I told you. Stay strong!

I havent written much about it before, the schizophrenics were definitely the most interesting part as they were actually really good therapist lol. I can write more details about my time in the mental hospital if you want to read it. Some of it probably won't make sense but it might be interesting. Could you please expand this? I'm not sure either, but I found a pic she uploaded like 3 months ago (before I met her) showing her (naked) legs sitting in front of a mirror, it seems like she's only wearing underwear and a shirt... in her bedroom. Kinda sucks because she's pretty cool and I'm interested in a relationship not just meaningless sex.

To be fair, I wanted to know if she was flirting because she was interested in me or interested in selling the product, I got my answer. But that's not really the point, the point is to be confident with who you are and stop letting things like not owning a car (in my case) from asking for numbers or girls out.

Thanks a lot man. I don't know, maybe because I grew up poor and surrounded by people that got cars when they were 16, it kinda fucked up my confidence (but I'm working on it) seeing most of them dating and all pretty easily. Someone on /r/asktrp said to me "your entire mindset is fucked up" and that's when I realized "maybe it's all in my head".

I only have access to my college gym 2 times per week (45 minutes each day), what should I do at the gym if I'm already doing calisthenics at home? Squats and deadlifts? Just that or what else? I've never been at a gym and I really want to stop being skinnyfat.

Thanks for writing this, I just broke up with my gf because she lied to me. I didn't caught her cheating but the fact that she lied to me where she was... Was more than enough for not to trust her. A friend told me "hey, I just saw your gf" and I said to him "no way, she's at college right now!", turns out, she wasn't.
