How about both? Id never marry or fall in love with someone stupid regarless if the are hot.

Na, I am just never had a bad relationship and generally a lot of fun so far.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/15 01:41 AM

Mate, I do not have to go through your post and read your ramblings, I have plenty of real life experience with plenty of women to know that your notion about the evilness of the other gender are not true The majority of girlfriends I had were nice people. I can understand that you got burned by some bitch and I hope you will get over that one day, but most women are okay.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/15 01:11 AM

Yeah there are some of them, I am truly sorry you have made such bad experiences.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/15 12:25 AM

No, I just never made the same bad experiences than you did. I kind of only dated only nice and good people and not assholes.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/15 12:07 AM

Again, not in my experience.

You do realize that the overwhelming majority of guys who get a gf and children are completely average, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/15 10:11 PM

From the top of my head I can think of five very conservative and respected historians who share that opinion. Libertarians are the group who is trying to rewrite history after their narrative while historians try to research history. Thats why you wont find a single libertarian historian (the handful there are) who is not giving history his libertarian spin.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/15 03:03 PM

Typical libertarian historian revisionism that oversimplifies history to drive an agenda to the point it becomes useless.

Funny how many people here treat science as some kind of believe system. The beauty of (good) science is that it is open to scrutiny, account- and replicable, meaning ideally reconstruct the authors thoughts according to the raw data. Is science biased? You bet your ass it is, but so many people will use this fact as an blanket statment to argue against every single study going against their opinion without even bothering to look at the underlining data.

The average person sleeps 7 hours so I am not that far off and assuming you dont live in the suburbs you can get gym, eating and chores done in 2 hours, that still leaves you with 6 hours plus the weekend.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/15 09:54 AM
1

Then you work more than the average I guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/15 08:16 AM

If you work 9 hours a day and sleep 6 that still leaves you with 9 hours of free time.

/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/15 08:04 PM

I couldnt tell you anything about that. Then the 40 year old guys picking up 20 year olds dont look that happy either.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/15 07:39 PM
9

Guess than we have different social circles. Most people I know dont get stuck in love and sexless relationships in their 20s.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/15 07:00 PM
10

Except that I know all of these guys very well and I am living / lived with some of them while they are in relationship. There are no hordes of "unsatisfied" betas outthere who never complain and pretend to be all happy to each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/15 03:02 PM
10

I am a guy with lots of friends in their 20s and I can confirm her experiences. Most guys I know is what you would describe as beta and they get along just fine with their girlfriends. Most girls I know do not like whorring around.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/15 02:53 PM
12

To be honest, I know way more anti-Red Pill examples than Redpill ones. The standard in my circle of friends (average students to thirty-somethings) is okayish to good relationships, the guys are not overly "Alpha", a few outright Nerds with just normal girlfriends. With a few outliners every guy I know had several girlfriends by the age of 25 and has slept with several girls as well and the ones I know who havent were those who stayed with the first girlfriend or are your regular odd guys. I am…

/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/15 09:32 PM

In my experience RedPillers do not recognize data at all if it goes against their ideas. Feel free to show me any data showing that majority of young people in relationships are unhappy and/or sexless.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/15 05:38 PM

Where are you from? Sounds like you are coming from a very conservative enviroment. These are definetely not my experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/15 05:22 PM
1

How old are you? We might come from different position but in my age range 21 - 27 most couples are happyish. Then again most couples in that age range havent been together for years.

That is quite the victim mentality.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/15 03:11 PM

Arent the women also stuck in loveless, deadbedromms scenarios then?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/15 02:59 PM

I think we both have different definition of libertarian and minarchism.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/15 02:05 PM
3

Sure, but I was especially refering to the minarchist part, which nobody who ever voted for democrat was.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/15 01:57 PM
5

Given that 47 % of men voted democrats I somewhat doubt that. But we are not even talking about right wing conservatives, but minarchists, who in my experience are quite rare.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/15 01:54 PM

Mate, regardless of the semantics, the fact remains that you are viewing women as beings of less rational mind by factually stating that they will never grow mentally older than 18 in contrary to men who will grow older and wiser. What is there to consider? It is obviously bullshit and does not respond with the experience I made with women.

Traditional relationship models are promoted by many groups, in the USA even more than anywhere else, though I concede that I am not aware of many groups solely aimed at the achieving this, as those relationship are usually promoted within the broader context of a group i.e. your local religious community or conservative family.

Let me rephrase it: ive read enough about The Red Pill to know that I disagree with it and I read enough about it to know it is inherently misogynistic. The reason you do not recongize it is because you mask the misogyny as biotruths e.g. the view women have the mental development level of teenagers and can not be trusted with responsibility. You are right about the fact I have not read every single detail of the Red Pill, as I have not read every argument of climate conspiracists, yet this is n…

Also, the short time I have been discussing with Redpillers, everytime I bring up actual scientific evidence to the contrary, the only thing I hear about is how studies are either biased (because evil feminist would terminate everyone publishing results to the contrary) or outrage fake, how the Redpill can not offer scientific evidence but wo…

I am not going to waste to much time to dive into TRP but I know the fundamentals and they are inherently misogynistic and do not align with my experiences with women at all. I do not have to read books about how 9/11 is a conspiracy to know its bullshit either.

"Growing apart" simply means that the goals you have in life do not align with each other anymore. "Growing bored" of each other simply means you got bored of each other. Everything that can be said has been said, everything that can be done has been done, the novelty is gone and you realize the person might not be the person you thought she was, or isnt anymore, the cute sound she made when she was eating? Now its annoying and while it was fun how he was always saying random crazy stuff in the …

More like a guy who has had real relationships and thus know how the go. I am not sure why you cant understand the concept of people growing apart from eachother even though I gave you plenty of examples. You asked me why I did not want to have a LTR when moving away when I already gave you the answer, namely because I was young and wanted enjoy some freedom or why I seperated with a girl even though I told you we grew bored of each other. I am not sure what to tell you more.

You are framing the issue in the context of Red Pill and it does not work for me, namely that you think my mother requires someones to stand up to her, which implies to confront her with her bullshit, to change her behaviour. My mother is straight forward and thus she does not test people to see what she gets away with, she simple has opinions she holds on to certain degrees like every human being.

See, I am not going to undermine your experience by claiming it is not real, I most certainly think it is, but I feel like you and the other Redpillers take such indivdiual experiences and use it to frame an entire gender with it. My mother for example is the most down to earth person I know, she has the pants on in the family and is running a medium sized company and a farm and she never in her life engaged in shittesting. The misogynistic part is not that you believe behaviour like shittesting…

To be honest, probably not to the same degree. I probably would not like you because most of the Nietzsche libertarian typ guys are an obnixious class for themselves and I find overly selfish people boring in a way, but I would not have the structural problem I have as with TRP. Eventually I distest TRP not because I dont like it, but because I think their assumptions are wrong and do not compare with what I have experienced in real life. a) TRP is useful to high functioning autistics/aspie guys Sure, but so joining scientology. There are better and more healtier alternatives. b) I don't believe that the average guy easily gets laid. Why would I care about the current wave of feminism? Even assuming for the sake of argumen that the entire current wave of feminism is like that, the vast majority of men and women do not subsribe to it, so why would I go around and join the male equivalent to the people I perceive as batshit insane.

Shit tests are misogynistic because their underlining principle is AWALT. They assume that shittests are some structural parts of a womens behavior when really its just people being shitty and thus they try to develop all those machavallian schemes to deal with them, instead of walking away from it. Now, do not get me wrong, if you want to sleep with someone, fine do whatever you want, we all been there, but in the overwhelming majority of cases I never encountered shittests and if I did in any …

Most people hate TRP because of its internalized misogony and misantropic tones. I do not know many people who care if you wanted to become manlier by lifting more, become more confident and learning how to fix your oven.

Feminism in its core strives and strived to overcome the real power imbalance and inequality for men and women in society and today comes in a million different forms and colours. Are some of them driven by bitterness and misandrist themes? Sure, but at the core and a lot of feminist still do not define themself in their enemyship against men.

Mate, I am sorry you appaerently never been in a relationship, but growing apart can mean a myriad of things, from becoming bored each other, to follow different goals in life or simply to fall out of love. I broke up with a girl, because she wanted to settle down, she less into partying and traveling than she used too, which fair game, but call me a manboy I was not willing to do that, had no interest in buying a house and have kids, so we seperated. /r/PurplePillDebate22/11/15 12:40 AM
1

Thats the misogynistic part I meant. Well, not to read the indicators of interest and disinterest, but thats not really unique to TRP/PUA, the entire "read body language" thing has been a thing since the 80s and SMV awareness is fancy talk for self-awareness which is the breed and butter of the entire new age movement.

I am not talking about certain individuals within TRP but the ideology as a whole and as a whole the ideology is inherently misogonistic and bitter. TRP attempts to define the relationship between men and women and it does so by portraying it as a constant struggle of power between the two parties, a fight were the Redpill men has to be constantly on his wits to deploy his plans against his girlfriend to keep her irrational and childish nature in check. Its an ideology that take all the bitterne…

Of course you hate women, you just mask it with broscience and cherrypicked biotruths, and as new age spiritialist found their boogyman in consumerism and the hedonism, you made out feminsim as the culprit for the failure in your life. Same old song, different tune.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/15 11:04 PM

Sadly the Redpill does not really give you an answer to this. Its 60 % good and common sense advice with 40 % bullshit and ironically its the bullshit Redpillers think makes them unique. Obviously you do not recogize your misogony as this but think of it as some kind of greater truth you have discovered. Its the same in any radical self-improvement group whether it be NoFap, The Redpill or the dozens of others. TRP is basically new age spiritualism for men, you just replaced yoga with lifting an…

Leaving aside the bulllshit like shit tests and the twisted "understanding" female motivations and actions, this is literally what every other guiding book for men will teach you. Its really funny how you guys think you reinvented the wheel, when all you did was to take some common sense advice, mixxed up with some peep talk and glazed with misogony you worship as some higher truth you found enlightement through. The advice TRP gives to attract women basically boil down to work out, style yourself better and be self confident if you leave out all misogonyst stuff, which, again, is not particulary new. The red pill 101 is basically every self-help book plus dae women are loveless beings dont fall for their tricks.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/15 09:15 PM

You cant get the specific advice you get on /r/fitness or fashionadice on the TRP because they just give you the general advice to do that stuff, which, well, isnt that great of an insight and you still have to go there for the specifics. That is only if you insist to stay on Reddit. Otherwise there are plenty of books, magacines and communities dedicated to self-improvement. Otherwise you might as well go to /r/nofap because they offer basically the same advice of self-improvement plus the crazy…

So, basically, for you the Redpill is a self-improvement ideology mixxed with some very conservative 50s style view on women. Well, I cant say I agree with you, or that your perspective on women reasonate with the experience I had with them, nor do I see hypergamouny confirmed by statistics or personal experience, or that feminist are particulary dominating the mass media, though I can see were you are coming from, if you believe equality of the genders is something particulary feminist.

You are condracting yourself, atone one hand you say peoples personal experience told them XY is wrong, thus they looked at the studies and had their suspicion confirmed, but then you say such studies do not exist, because nobody funds them, and the studies who do exist, are all fake because people bribed into doing them. Also its science 101 to not start a study with a conclusion you want to have proven. You start with question "are women better at saving money then men?" and then arrive at con…

When flaws are actually found in these studies, no matter how legitimate those flaws are, they are ignored. One example that comes to mind is the $0.73 per dollar wage gap. How many times has that been disputed and debunked, and yet it is still cited on government websites and repeated by government officials. So what's the point? We can't win. All we can do is put those statistics to the test in our personal day to day lives and apply our logic to determine the accuracy of the statistics. But i…

See, I notice this trend here accross the board, that everytime you cite study that does not go hand in hand with RedPill ideology, people start to denying them start throwing accusation of bias around. Yeah, I had a look at the numbers, and I am not sure where you are living, maybe its Dubai, but the statistics do not show this at all. Matter of fact, according to studies women safe money at a higher rate than men and are more conservative with their investments. According to Vanguard’s How America Saves report, women are more likely than men to be i…

First of all, chill out dude, I am not sure why you are getting all rallied up, take a sipp of tea and relax, second of all, I am not sure why the author of the study comes to the conclusion, because reading the study the numbers do not really show it, but given that this is a scientific study, you know, one can comprehend the conclusion on their one by looking at the numbers, and the numbers do not end up with the conclusion of the author. Feel very welcome to correct me and show me how the aut…

You are kind of making a fool out of yourself. Looking at the study and the numbers the study comes to the conclusion that 11.3 % more women than men enjoy being dominated. Stick to the numbers.

How would you take lying into account? If I told you that I have $100 in my pocket right now, and you took the fact that I was lying into account, how would you accurately estimate how much money I actually have in my pocket? Because you can still compare the information you gathered from the survey against other sources you have e.g. divorcion rate, the demand for private investigators, the member count, gender radio and content of hooking up sites (the Ashley Madison leak proved to be rgeat fo…

Of course, but then if you look at all available information and studies conducted about the topic, even if you take lying into account, they still paint a different picture. Even if you look at divorces rates "only" 35 % of that are due to cheating or being left for somebody else.

Fair enough but even if we should take the surveys with a grain of salt, in my personal experience I still dont know too many "mega sluts" and I lived in shared flats with girls alot.

Well, it was an annonymous poll, so I am not quite sure why people would lie. Also it does overlap with my personal experience. Most girls I know do not fuck around constantly. They do have ONS but more on a monthly basis not a weekly.

I dont think being physically effeminate is that bad of a thing to be honest. Plenty of hipsters I know get planty laid and they all are sticks.

Isnt the entire analogy of cock carousel not running against pretty much all statistics anyway? I dont know the numbers for the USA but in Germany 42 % of women under 30 had 2 -4 sexual partner, 26 % had 5 - 10 and 15% had 10 and more. These numbers seem to overlap with my personal experience. Where are all those mega sluts TRP is always speaking about? Source: https://www.elitepartner.de/magazin/soll-ich-die-anzahl-meiner-sex-partner-verraten.html

Before responding for your posts, could tell me what exactly you think the Redpill is, because while I do agree with on the fact that a positive identity for men is lacking in Germany, I do not see the points about women TRP makes finding much resonance with my personal experience with women in Germany. I also do not see the aggressive cultural clash between feminists and men that is often promoted in American subs in general and the Red Pill in particular in Germany.

But hey, they get to hold hands and watch TV with people who have nice personalities. That's way better than sex and personal achievement, right? Isnt this the conclusion most people come to eventually? I dont know many players who dont burn out eventually and settle for the girl they love, because fucking around and hitting the gym gets old eventually, and the players who are not able to settle down dont seem like the happiest of folk.

What is the red pill for you? If you take away the crude theories of the Redpill about women, you are basically down to advice home in any calender too aka "improve yourself", "believe in yourself", "dont get fat".

It seems to be pretty self-evident that a guy who can defend himself is viewed as masculine, whereupon a guy who cant is not. However, the original talking point was that Turkish guy are more masculine than German guys because of their willingness to fight, which I still dispute because I believe Germans guys tend to be secure enough to not have to engage in fights, while still possessing the ability to defend themselves. Those are the guys I was talking about when describing the climbers. Mascu…

Taking the martial arts thing for example. I was obviously bullied and beaten up by turkish guys a lot. I could have destroyed them, but we had a very ingrained "violence is bad"-mentality so I rather took one or two punches to the face and just waited for them to become bored without fighting back at all. I consider being completely unwilling to physically fight even in self-defense as effeminate. There is a huge differance though between unwillingess to defend yourself and your threshold to st…

It's funny because the kind of dating you describe as american is the kind of dating that I'd describe as the default here in germany. That is suprising to me, because I never experienced this kind of dating in Germany. But only lived in medium to large cities (Regensburg and Berlin) so maybe it really comes down to a difference in big town > small town. Also I almost exclusively date within the student and artist circles so that might be a factor too. Hm, interesting. Thinking about it, even wh…

It steems back from the romantic times of Goethe, Schiller and Holderlin but does not apply so well to modern day Germany. I dont think its very known outside of Europe.

Going with that theory why does in the Anglosaxon world this envy of good ol Chad the fuckhead translate to a popularity of RP and a obsession with masculanity, whereupon it does not so much in central Europe?

Could you elaborate on that? I am german, too, and I don't get the impression that all things dating, AWALT and stuff is much different overseas. There are many things but for starters the entire concept of having a date does not exist or least I have never experienced in Germany in my age group, whereupon I encountered in the USA to a certain degree. You know, going to the cinema on a first date or a restaurant for the explixit purpose of getting to now each other and possibly shag up. In Germa…
