1	is it just me or is this sub filled with "thathappened" cringe? well i actually have been working out for about a year now. i've only lost about 23kg though, so it's not really going GREAT, but then again the first 6 months i didn't count calories and only did some light cardio 2-3 times a week. 18 of those 23kg have been lost since new year when i realized that it's been another year of not getting laid and got a bit more serious about getting in shape. been counting calories, trying to keep it at around 1500-1600kcal per day, and doing more cardio. my prob…	/r/TheRedPill	20/06/16 01:26 PM
