| 1 | A primer on postureTruth... I spend a lot of time riding a bicycle, so I find myself hunching forward and collapsing into my lower back if I'm not careful. I find that about 5 minutes of counter stretching with a pilates ball (the 78cm one) clears this issue right up. Basically, I just sit down on the thing and slowly roll forward/lay back until I'm in a supported back bridge. I'll hold it for about 5 minutes.
