When I explained to the police what happened they seemed like it was a joke because I let someone so tiny to beat on me but I know for a fact if I would of defend myself I would be in jail and loose my job and she knew that so I think her punching me in the face(which she won't still admit) is fucked up. I was there bleeding and marked up and they were more concerned for her well being. Even though I was there getting beat with my daughter in the other room

She has been "staying there" for 6 months. She told the police it's been over a year and when I explained that to them they were telling me I was lying to them which I never did. I said from when they first came there she lives in a different city and was staying here for so long but the time she was staying was long enough that they couldn't do anything but she left on her own accord

He is right, if I pressed charges it would of went down different and they would of forced her out and taken her to jail. It bull shit I had to sit there and get hit in the face and not be able to hit her back and defend myself because I would of ended up in jail. When they came in they radio in and said my injurys were superficial even though I was bleeding

She never really lived here or paid anything. It is me and my daughter on the lease and she was staying here but after so long the police can't force someone to leave.

She left this morning, without incident. I don't know what her plan was, she tried to get me in the apartment to "talk". I told her I was not going to do that and we are going to stay outside where the cameras can see us so she can't accuse me of anything and I got my keys and had her wait outside for the rest of her stuff and she tried to justify the assault but I wasn't having it and left.
