Make a portfolio on artstation and look for free lance work. That website is great for finding remote work and is widely watched by industry people

I developed that in my youth. Tried a bunch of things to fix it, finally just went under the knife. That was 11 years ago, I would recommend just getting it taken care of but I'm no doctor.
