1	What an awesome idea! Here's one article about it. It's just one study, but I'm sure there's more, but I'm on my way to bed in a bit. Basically for most impoverished black people, they usually live in concentrated areas of poverty, which is even more detrimental. Poor white people usually don't live in concentrated areas of poverty, certainly not as much as black people do.
