LOL wow, I thought I was one of few to hear about a strategy like this. I have a model friend who I was visiting in LA a few years back who said, "Whenever a girl says some dismissive shit, or flakes, I reply with the Ant Emoji. They always come back. It drives them nuts." "Whats the Ant mean?" I asked. He says, "Nothing. Fucking, nothing."

Im the kind of person that likes to eat healthy as well. I dirty gained when I first started because at 55kg your body doesn't give a fuck what you're putting in to gain weight, but, over time I made my diet more and more lean and I haven't lost any weight, I've only gotten more muscular. When I bulk I eat between 3000 and 4000 calories a day. I eat 1lb of chicken breast every day, one protein shake as soon as I wake up on a rest day or after a work out on work out days, then a second shake righ…

The focus on your knees and toes will keep your attention and weight forward, off of your lower back and on your legs. Your ass will follow. You should feel the stretch in your ankles/quads, not your back. Dunno what you're talking about but I never said anything about weight being on the knees or putting the weight on the toes. I said nothing about leaning forward or keeping the weight off the back. The knees should be pushed over the toes, not "kept" over the toes and not pushed in front of th…

This debate can go on ad nauseum. It really depends on context but knees over toes is solid advice for beginners doing front squats. It's common sense that this is debated but it is not a rule. Agreed. De-loading here is recommended to improve form. De-loading to improve form may be necessary for some. With good form comes the breaking of plateaus. De-loading for the sake of breaking plateaus could be another post entirely.

Who said I can't squat two plates? This advice is FOR people who can't squat two plates. Oi. Reading comprehension on here is low.

Congrats on your lifts. I'd say it was a combination of genetics, poor upbringing, bad eating habits, drugs, alcohol, and an extremely high metabolism.

Good work. Keep pushing. Once you plateau on stronglift 5x5 move onto madcow 5x5. Both are great workouts for beginners to master key lifts.

You should be looking to reach a 100kg squat (reps not max) as a healthy starting point. Goals from there are up to you.

Yup. This post is meant for novices. If you could provide some sources for your advice or even personal experiences with it, I'd love to read. The common practice for squat breathing is to hold all the way down and slowly exhale as you go up.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
