1	Analysis of Aesthetics (for skinny people) I know that feel bro, I'm 6'0 with 70kg. However, Last week I made a serious change in my diet. After talking alot with my older brother (who is a sick 100kg beast at low bf) I decided to include a second dinner after my workout and eat an extra chicken salad throughout the day. I gained 1 kg since last week, it's hard, but us hardgainers can grow. 1	My friend is hooking up with my bro First things first; Yeah I've only been on TRP for about two weeks now (read the sidebar and top posts each day), I'm focusing on myself (been lifting alot, focusing on my study).
