5	This is disgusting. Because rape carries with it the full impact of what happened. It's short, crisp, and the weight of the word carries how horrible the event is, as it should be. Sexual assault by penetration sounds incredibly watered down, and in trial by jury, feelings play a far larger role in he sentence then if it's taken to judge.
