I get it I have that problem from time to time as well. A channel that helped me with that is Todd Valentine. He left Rsd because he realized how toxic their community is and he started making content in his own accord he goes through things step by step and I feel like a few of the things uve mentioned are on his yt channel. I don’t know if he’ll help but there’s no harm in giving his methods a try. I get spam cold approaching isn’t for everybody but maybe he’s got what ur looking for 😤✊🏽
