There are things called FDA guidelines. There is approved verbiage that we can use. Yes we have things to a point, but it takes quite some time to incorporate what the FDA says we can say and then get it through medical and legal approval. yea I believe they agree to waive the lawyers if the go on the show. The show usually pays the money the loser owes as well.
