I've done all this bro. Including actual Iceland(drove around the entire ring road, hiked on glaciers, went on a boat to see whales, etc). Idk where to start, I've done this before but it changes nothing. My actual goals aren't healthy by the standard of society and even by my own standards sometimes. I just feel like isolating myself and not participating in society. I was offgrid all summer and went months without really speaking to anyone, and it was wonderful. Man, my issue is that I'm a relatively highly sought after software dev, but I can't be bothered with that shit anymore and HR departments, diversity hires, my career being capped because women get more opportunities. Can't do it any more. I probably make more money on benefits that I would working a shitty job right now. I have market value, but just hate what I do. You just need time dude. It's taken me 2 years to just accept it. Take out the rage in the gym(for real).
