Isnt womens hypergamy a good thing for the species? At least as far as choosing a mate. If we were to simply remove the welfare state women would have to curb it to an extent, ending up with what i think would be the perfect hypergamous balance. Women wouldnt be able to up and leave their husbands and they would be much more careful with who they had sex with, in fear of real world consequences.

My grandparents have been happily married for more than 25 years (technically my step grandpa but they were married before I was born). Raw vegetables are key for me. I dont eat fruit (unecessary sugar and carbs) so you need raw veggies for vitamin C. Dont wanna get the scurvy. Do a round of probiotics as well. Getting your gut bacteria in balance will really help with cravings.

The only carbs I get are from vegetables. I stay in a constant state of ketosis and it feels amazing. I dont track much of anything because I eat the same thing every day. I made sure that my daily food contained all my daily nutrients and ive been on it ever since.

Saw love handles on my back about 4 months ago and cut out all sugar immediately. My diet is 3 eggs, 1 piece of bacon, and sauerkraut for breakfast. For lunch I have a salad with balsamic vinegar for lunch. For dinner I have the same salad with a chicken breast. I use spinach instead of lettuce for my salads and I only drink water. In those 4 months I have gone from 6'3 220 to 180 and am starting to get kinda shredded. Its awesome.

Good facial bone structure is a sign of good genetics while literally anyone can get jacked. We look for genetic health not who takes time to go to the gym. Ive used your method but gone sort of the opposite with it. What I do is shame myself endlessly when I dont do what im supposed to. At this point its second nature. I was an MMA fighter for about two years when I was a senior in HS and the year after graduation. It is insanely fun and primal. I loved it.
