24	According to HR ladies the fact that HR is 84% female is OK the important thin g is to get more female executives About a decade ago I managed to get my hands on a large UK university's detailed analysis of their recruitment and selection processes. It showed both the percentage of gender that applied for a role and then the subsequent percentage hired. It was actually quite good data. It clearly showed that women were often applying less for certain roles but statistically more likely to get that role than men. In fact, all the bias was in their favour.
