This really doesn't belong here. It's just a guy being an ass.

I'm disappointed that you only went back 50 years to find an example. You should have reached back to at least the founding of the Republic of Texas to make a really really strong point.

You keep falling back on the "consensual" part. Consensual has absolutely zero to do with it. I think that's where you are confused. The very fact that one of them was superior and one was subordinate makes it a crime under the UCMJ article 134. The relationship is considered "Improper Superior-Subordinate Relationships & Fraternization (ISSRFRT)". I'd suspect they could also bring charges under article 133 and 92 if they wanted to.

The UCMJ doesn't view it as a "cheap argument".

a huge percent and men in the military sleep around wherever they’re stationed ...and if it is with a subordinate, they should be punished.

what's the harm It's the power dynamic of one being legally subordinate to the other that makes it a problem.

Kinda interesting I guess, but Nimrod is from the bible. He was the son of Cush. Great grandson of Noah. Oddly enough it was the Loony Tunes cartoons that changed it's meaning in popular culture to be an insult. Nimrod was a great hunter, so they would sarcastically refer to Elmer Fudd as Nimrid. There is a really good joke in there somewhere, but I can't find it.

I think it was "touch me again", like she was daring her to assault her again.

Dude, all she had to do was comply. She has no legal requirement to comply with the request for an ID or the breathalyzer. The cop can ask, and she can refuse.

You are legally required to ID yourself to a police officer if asked. 100% not true. New Jersey (where I believe this takes place) only requires you to ID if you are being arrested, being issued a ticket. She had every right to refuse. https://www.aclu-nj.org/yourrights/what-do-if-youre-stopped-police Otherwise it is obstruction of justice. Not true. 99/100 the people that do not give ID are doing something illegal and know it. Unfounded speculation.

an evil white man A little redundant there. Is there really any other kind?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
