If you care about your friend and they're doing something stupid, you should stop them before they do it, not just try to stop the consequences of it when they're coming. That's pretty different from assuming that a product made by women will be better than one made by a man. That's prejudice based on nothing. It's irrational discrimination. It's sexism.
