I'm saying it was the law before 2011 exactly the same and people could still travel, so in a sense it's not worse than before. I am also against it but in practice there is no change as of yet to last year.

while I agree it's completely fucked.There are no consequences if you don't. So in practice this sounds worse than it is. They more or less copied the laws from pre 2011, where the draft was paused. Having said this I hope that enough people complain and don't do it to make it unpracticable.

top comment says men can't evaluate if an area is safe, second top comment makes fun of him for trying to get his belly full, trying to paint him as a baby. Both don't have much to do with communication and are just expecting him to come right away. Agree though he could have said that he'd eat something before but I highly doubt that his gf would be less mad.

I guarantee you having less children In that environment does not make you not poor but robs you of your retirement, which is one reason they have a lot of kids. you first increase standard of living and education then people have less kids

true, but if you could pick would you rather be a baby in Chad or South Korea? people in Chad are striving for the same wealth and resource usage as in Taiwan. this is a correlation not a causation. they dont use less resources because they have more children, but because they are poor.

Looking at it from a makro perspective its a great thing to have a reduced global population. We are already living way above what the planet can sustain. Less people means more resources per person and more sustainability without everyone having to cut back. This is good news!

because I think we are all awesome human beings. the thought of not valuing someone for being human can lead to a very dark path very quickly. I like to see the good in people in the first place and so far I have been dating well with this. it's also a very stressful and I think unhealthy attitude towards one self if you think you are only worth something if you create some sort of value. imagine failing at this.

I feel you. Even as a non blind white male I find a lot of things accusatory and there are a lot of sweeping genralizations. I don't intend to except any power over anyone let alone women. working as a programmer I'd even appreciate if there were more women in my field and they get an implicit bonus. hearing blanket statements about men is counter productive.
