2	How do I focus on learning? Cut carbs out of your diet, eat healthy, LIFT, and meditate. Cut out or seriously moderate alcohol or other drug use. Caffeine is alright in moderation(and others will probably disagree with that, for good reasons) but drinking more than just getting you going in the morning won't get you anywhere.
