I am guilty of this but with my Desktop computer only...But I spent all my time on it. I used to be a heavy PC gamer but now, I only browse reddit,youtube and other video game related websites. I also hear my music on this PC. It's really hard to limit ourselves it is true but I try to have a more healthy life style where I actually spent my time to improve my self and my acknowldsdeasdege instead of getting that dopamine rush every time.
