| 1 | Waiting GameI got tired of the BS. She was aware of my unhappiness for years and chose to ignore it. I moved to TN (inherited land) and in the process of getting the property up to speed and hope to start up a side hustle soon. Some of you have seen my posts...but I'm here again cause I read and it brings up questions. The majority of those that are aware of my situation tell me to wait it out...live separately and work it out of court... cheaper. But here everyone says file and file now! | 4 | If you saw my last two posts, todays update is that I filed and served her yesterday.I'm naive about divorce but I'm separated from the wife and have moved to TN (she's in NC) to family owned land(my family not her's). As a retired Vet I know what she's entitled to as far as my pension goes etc. My question for OP is this: Is there a way to file for divorce that expressly states what I will and/or will not pay? I've paid for literally everything pertaining to utilities, mortgage, cars etc. Any info will be greatly appreciated!
