I’ll keep it short. Structure, standards and systems. This is the foundation of improvement, in everything from personal development to business development.

Definitiely. There’s absolutely no quick fix to mental challenges. Being aware and reflective is a good paradigm to be in, but you want to transistion into the problemsolving proactive paradigm. This is done by acquiring mentors or reading books imo.

I get where you come from definitely. The things I’m stating stems from personal experience. The girls i sorround myself with, which i have this social dynamic with are childhood/longtime friends to the social circle i come from. They are mostly 8-9/10 But i would never even think about flirting with them. The amount of fun, intensity and chemistry we have is worth more than hurting that p - ya feel me

It’s a strategic choice. Many of my inner circle friends are girls. Theyre great at providing smv to her friends (or in general) - aka they act like wingmen when you vibe with them, furthermore improve your skills being calm and ‘framed’ around beautiful women. Calm is king

I assume youre talking about an ltr in this case - always subtly show your care and protection(this is what she seeks). But never overshare or be a simp about it. As the old “old” saying goes, showing is better than telling. Every situation is subjective. Where trp tries to put everything into a box. Which is great for learning the fundamentals, and adopting theory to practice. Point being, you have to adapt to every social interaction with the variables provided to you. Last but not least, when…

I get where you’re coming from - Though i beg to differ. I currently live with 3 friends from my childhood, all of us are either finished or about to finish up our degrees. Having the right dynamic and enviroment, it challenge and evolve you as a person, furthermore reap the benefits of eachothers network.

Everything should be taken with a grain of salt. Obviously, having no social circle is bad, not only for your smv But most of all for your mental health, so in that regard i totally agree. The point I’m trying to get across, is that you shouldnt be seeking it out as the pivol point in your life. Neither give thoughts to factors out of your control e.g. People not liking you. The people in your social circle should be people whom you respect and respect you and support you in your vision. Avoid c…

The point here; in my interpretation and philosophy to life. Be content with your own company. Seeking validation, acceptance from another party, is giving the power of your prescense and existance away. They, as stated, should be means to improve your current-state, beneficial towards your goal.

I’ll give it time, it will probably pass. It just “scares” me, as I’ve rarely lost control over my emotions like this before. She lives in neighbour country so not far away, but yes i definitely have a plate there. Which is a big positive. And to what i expect i have no particular interest in LDR as i doubt it will work regardless.

Yea, this isn’t exactly what i was looking for. I fucked her brains out while there, in private and public. She knows.

Join in on topics youre familiar with, have a good story about. You have to extend value Im my experience to be considered in social groups. But dynamics are different from different cultures, Im from DK and people are very reserved, so it Can take awhile to be considered a good friend

Honestly. Man the fuck up. Hard next her or reach out. Obviously you’re still emotionally attached, figure out what you want. You’re playing games with your own head.

Don’t fall into the “i just want to make good money trap”. I get where you’re coming from, but it will burn you out, If you have absolutely no interest in the field. Pick something you excel at. For example I’m quite good at math, i also love to make things visually and easily comprehensive. On that note i looked at different engineering paths, and found manufacturing and management was something i am passionate about. Make a spreadsheet of skills, research educations that have synergy with that…

Regardless of it being a good thing or not. Do you see yourself living a content life like this? Is it the good ol’ “the grass is always greener’ feeling or do you really want to bounce?

Every situation differs. Had this girl tell me the exact same thing, i told her i couldn’t think of a more boring and mundane thing to do. Later found out it was due to her being nervous to meet a stranger.

No one but you can walk the walk. So stop this pity bullshit being reactive to external factors. You mention nothing about how you’re being proactive in regards to your problem. So here’s a list of what i initially did to overcome the “nice guy phase”. Remove negative people from your life. I unfortunately didnt realize this untill i moved away from where i grew up, I was the doormat in my old group of supposed friends. When i moved no one was visiting, texting, calling or w/e. I decided to remo…

I read a book called “positive psychology”, Its Danish and cant be bothered to see If there is a english version. But basicly it revovles around happiness, and the mental reflection of it. Everything you’re saying implies that everything is going good, you have a bright future, but due to the term “hedonistic addiction” no matter the amount of girls, wealth etc you achieve, your mind will after awhile alter itself to this new norm, bringing back the old cycle of self deprication. There’s only on…

A friend of mine had it the same way, he would use modafinil instead when going out, and not drink to reduce harm on liver. Did that for like 2-3 months and goes out sober now, doing sick game

The kissing has more or less been impulsive / for fun. Deffo gonna go for the wine and read the situation without making things awkward between us.

How do i flip a friendship (that is not friendzoned) to more of a sexual relationship? When i was younger I was in a large social circle consisting of both guys and girls. Now that we’re older and moved to different cities we arent as much in touch as we used to be. Theres this girl, which i’ve always had a good connection with, we’ve kissed multiple times when we were drunk but never escalated to anything further than that. Today she asked me If i wanted to grab a cup of coffee or wine, and i w…

I do agree with all the health benefits. I used to workout 5/7 days a week, strict meal plan, was shredded asf after 1 year. Now i havent trained for 6 months, and my succes rate with women havent decreased at all. Maybe Its due to me being mesomorph and not getting either skinny or fat, and my body retains musclemass pretty well, and i always eat healthy even when not training.
