Yeah diet is the main issue here. Eating out with coworkers, wings, fries, skipping breakfast and having too much at lunch, eating meals at night before bed etc. Alot of it stems from the not giving a shit mentality behind it. I think I need to cut out girls and stimulus for a little while.

I thrive on challenge, the issue is that I've lost a great amount of weight before. I've been at this weight before, and went down to 160lbs roughly 5 years ago. My main motivation was to get laid. Now I think my motivation needs to shift to something bigger than myself
