1	Should conscription be gender neutral? You would have to broaden the exemptions to take into account childcare/pregnancy. 2	Lorry driver shortage in the UK; every cause and solution is discussed accept the fact that women make up 1% of drivers. Why aren't the lack of women being mentioned... There is a lot of skewed views of hgv driving that effect women's choice to go into it. 1. It's a safety issue when parking up for the night 2. It's long trips away which doesn't fit well with women chilcaring. 3. Silliest one I heard, women aren't strong enough to drive trucks! (Taking into account religious views on abortion and not being accessible in some parts of the world).
