Keep it tight and terse. Have good pictures. Be mysterious and captivating, the witty quip is your friend. Use primarily the imperative when messaging (don't ask for her number, tell her to give it to you). Don't be afraid to fail. Okc is very decent for promising dates. Good luck

I used to do Okc/tinder with more conservative pics and maybe 1 with muscles... Now I'm 100% shirtless abs, shoulders, chest, traps visible in the best shots and I get messaged first maybe 5 matches per day? Women are just as/more shallow than men. There's no Jedi mind tricks to online dating just get fit.

Been listening to a lot of chamillionaire lately. Dude was red pill as fuck lol: " [Girl:] What you mean you ain't gonna save me? I don't need nobody to save me. [Koopa:] Oh yea? [Girl:] And you talkin' bout Pimp? P.I.M.P? [Koopa:] In the flesh. [Girl:] You know what that mean to me? [Koopa:] What? [Girl:] Paper in my pocket. [Koopa:] hahaha [Girl:] Now pull out your credit card and lets see if you can make my bank account pregnent. [Koopa:] Naw, You crazy. [Girl:] What color is your card? Oh is…

Congratulations, that's some serious weight loss! From what little attention we men receive from the other gender, our girlfriends or whatever feel threatened by it. Logically of course that makes no sense to us. I mean, for me if my girl and I go out and she gets stares of admiration, I feel better about my catch as long as she doesn't entertain the admirers. As strong men though, I think we should feel like we have better control on our girlfriend's behavior than they feel they have control ov…

That's what bothers me a lot about this whole eksm post... Trp is not some "sexual strategy" where we go around playing mind games with all the women emotionally abusing them in the process... It's the complete absence and abandonment of sexual strategy and replacement with individual improvement, then allowing evolution to take its course... It's as frustrating as when theists say that atheists just actively believe there is no God... Atheism isn't a belief it's a lack thereof. The red pill isn…

For the record, the red pill doesn't advocate against being nice, but gives suggestions on how to realize when others are taking advantage of your niceness (not exclusive to women, but usually). There is masculinity and fulfillment in being generous, but only from a position of respect. That's the difference between providing for your family or volunteering and... Buying expensive dinner/movies/flowers for a girl who "likes you as a friend."

Can plate spinning while not being in a committed, monogamous, long term relationship the worst of us? Then I'd say we're ten times less deceitful than most social idealist groups. Trp has at least tripled my self esteem and unclouded a lot of judgment calls I wouldn't have been able to make on my own... Aka I'm becoming a man, and my own man at that.

Never been hit by a woman before, but is the appropriate response to start laughing mockingly? Give her a big bear hug until she is subdued and starts kissing me?

As for intelligence, I'd say being actually intelligent (the objective definition) is pointless. I've talked to girls about this before and their definition is actually quite different... For me, intelligence refers to one's capacity to solve problems, duh. They seem to confuse with with being articulate and introspective, which are helpful qualities.

That was hilarious how they focused on how attractive focus and passion for work are... it's true what they're saying about those being attractive qualities, but a doctor is on another level of status than nearly every other field regardless of focus and that's why it's so easy to get girls. Even as a mere undergraduate looking to medical school, if you're a convincing candidate for becoming a doctor (smart) and make up those years you haven't completed yet with being moderately attractive and f…

Do you know if glucose is an effective simple sugar for bodybuilding? I know table sugar is sucrose which is only half glucose (half fructose), but can't milk (glucose and galactose) and a cereal low in table sugar, but starchy (glucose chains) be an effective anabolic simple sugar source?

I've been on keto. It's sucks ass for sure. Nowadays I carb cycle and that usually makes me feel great. From your experience, do you think feeling good has more to do with not being bloated 24/7 than hormones?

I'd like to find more current research that explains the details of this... I'm sure they've found something useful since 2000.
/r/TheRedPill26/06/14 05:03 PM

Have you found in the research that lower body fat percentage is related to higher testosterone levels (may be another backwards correlation/causation relationship again)? There's a subtle difference between being glycogen depleted and low test I'd think, but both are bad in the context of sex drive though. I never noticed a significant drop before because i'm fairly young.

Should work now. Basically just summaries of 2000 research that say carby post workout groups had lower testosterone and higher igf 1 levels.

The slin guts are real. Very true. Though I enjoy bulking for the strength and size gains... Drinking milk and eating boxes of cereal and dense foods make me feel like shit. Can't imagine how numb pro bodybuilders are to their bodies' signals.

http://grfx.cstv.com/photos/schools/conn/genrel/auto_pdf/InsulinProject.pdf This is very old and very basic dietary research they you should have under your belt if you want to have any serious success in the gym (not everyone does, I know this isn't a bodybuilding subreddit). Just putting it out there that insulin spikes antagonize testosterone production. Do you think your test levels are higher or lower after drinking a gallon of chocolate milk... Or eating one serving of almonds? Edit: fixed…

I'd add that you have to lift intensely and train your damn legs every damn week to keep your levels up. If you're bulking, you can't really help it, but eating foods high in carbs and dense foods in general are going to get your insulin levels up, make you feel sluggish, and antagonize testosterone production. When you're cutting and eating under 30-100g carbs each day you're going to feel much more virile.

I'd also make it clear that there's a "5. Other things." Interacting with, courting, fucking, and loving women are all fulfilling and worth putting work into. And is certainly more important than a lot of things. It just so happens that placing them nearer the 1 spot is bad strategy and extremely detrimental to your individual development. You're in the wrong universe if that's your plan. Often I think some find comfort in the red pill from bitterness and resent of women in their past, and they …

Thanks for the extensive post. As a young person who's just taken the pill recently, I am excited for what lies ahead. For me, i've come to accept that school, family/friends, volunteering, the gym, and special talents (in that order) are all more important to me than any woman, even while in an LTR (especially while in one). What's so unexpected is that now the panties are flying off (pending my approval of course). If you demote women to a side plot (which sounds demeaning in our modern femini…

As an almost 20 year old who just recently took the red pill, I can say that for my age group at least, sex is the most important factor. If our relationship was a tree, sex and affection are the roots, trunk, and branches. Of course you need other things to grow (leaves, water, sunlight)... But sex is what makes a relationship a relationship. Otherwise all you have is a shitty friend plant...

Sperm has some sensitive enzymes that denature in hot water. Next time you're jacking it in the shower, hold/spray your spunk in very hot water and see what happens.

I love the optimistic outlook of trp theory. I wish people would give it a chance. i'm definitely going to start delving into more into the literature as this experience has taught me the applications are real and not just for finding bimbos. Perhaps if I had been more conscious of trp before I hung out with her, this whole disaster wouldn't have occurred.

I appreciate you. Fortunately I've destroyed all chances of contact with high school chick and my girl is very cool headed about this mistake of mine. I'm not in a bad spot anymore, just went out and bowled all evening with my family.

Before this i've had problems with regret... Once a hot friend a year older than me gave me a scholarly article she had to read about anal sex for sexuality studies, wrote her phone and room number on it and told me to drop it by later that night after I'd read it... can't believe I didn't cheat then.

I've been in relationships pretty much since I was a sophomore in high school... I've never really seen it as risk/reward til now. in high school when I didn't lift, dressed poorly, etc. maybe it was more advantageous to be in a solid relationship where I could gain experience. But now that I have a fair amount of women interested in me (and college girls are super easy), maybe it's time to play the single game.

What is the point of a ltr if you can never obtain the state where she literally satisfies your instinct to want other girls? Is it just that there's a trade off where you stave of those desires for the benefits of a relationship? Thanks for the response even if it's a dumb thread

I've never been in a long term relationship where i've completely disregarded every other women. Does the ability to completely ignore the others come later in life when i'm less restless, have I not found the right girl yet? Or am I just a rotten person?

I know what I did was stupid. That's in the past though. I want to know more what the users of this sub's opinions are on the future. While in a ltr is it normal to crush on other women? I want to know how to deal with that problem.
