–	I was a stay-at-home dad with chronic back problems who used medical marijuana and got railroaded out of access to my child with patently a false DV divorce filing and a demand I be drug tested despite living in a medical marijuana state. AMA What's your plan? Did you get a job, sue her for alimony/support, or file for disability? Are you going to take her back to court for shared custody? Have you asked her for shared custody? If you've gotten a job and take her to court to reevaluate the custody arrangement and lose, could you find yourself then on the hook for child support payments you may not have owed before because you had no income? Many men who are victims of domestic violence are referred to batterer classes intended to teach them how not to beat their wives. It's disgusting. 1	Men clearly have no health issues. I think they're right to complain about that. I don't think other hygiene necessities such as toothpaste or toilet paper should be taxed either. 1	It's called child support. You're expected to track expenses if you use a dependent care FSA, but those are typically for the big ticket items such as daycare. The same goes for healthcare items for HSAs and food/household items on food stamps: only certain items are eligible, you pay with a card, and eligibility is determined when you buy it. You're right, though, it's a lot more difficult to itemize/allocate all of the costs of raising a child.
