The beta man is valued in these societies because they are not as industrialized. They lack industrial capital and labor is often cheaper to substitute for capital.

I'm Noticing more european guys heading to USA , australia, and other greener pastures. I talked to two dutch imigrants to usa who said they see a clear difference between millons and millions of moslems being concentrated in ghettos vs. the immigration policy in the usa. They see what europe is doing as unsustainable so they left, even though they don't care much for Mr. TRUMP

It is a daily occurrence in thailand and other novelty markets. A bright eyed foreigner or tourist comes for a few days as OP said and somehow just thinks "I should retire here" and plops an unnecessary amount of money in real estate that will become non viable. There are tens of thousands of old farangs across thailand and probably millions more across the world who want to unload their thai condos built 10 or 20 years ago. The depreciation curve on these condos is fast. Construction quality is…

You should use your money to enjoy thailand whenever you want to take a trip. Its just pointless from an investment perspective to invest in this country. Thailand has benefited from an amazing convergence of factors that has caused capital to pour into the country in the prior decades. All of these are about to reverse and the outcome isn't going to be pretty. I'm trying to help you because i've seen this scenario play out before. I won't respond to the fox news blah blah blah.

I'm trying to give you insight which you desperately need. Any expatriate there will tell you buying a condo is the dumbest move you can make. Your 40,000 dollar condo is going to go to zero. Its a terrible investment for the reasons I have stated above. Thailand is a fun country but it is not one where I would invest in real estate. Think about this rationally: 40,000 USD is about a million and a quarter baht. You can get something decent in any major city in thailand for 10k baht a month and s…

Why would you waste money on a thai condo? They depreciate rapidly. The thais don't buy secondhand either. The country is facing systemic climate change risks and economic risks of falling into a middle income trap. the country is known for periodic instability as well. A lot of western men are counting on the fact that these thai ladies will still be selling their @$$ in pattaya 20 years from now. Look at thai demographics. They are japanified in the next few years - the population is actuall…

Hopefully he can stick her with the house and the debt. Maybe she just wanted him to qualify and she thinks she can make the monthly. This is the worst time to own real estate in history.

Divorce now and Sell the house. Panic sell. Now. The global markets are slowing down. Every second you wait is putting yourself at risk.

Use viagra. It works. either get it prescription or bring back a stash from mexico or another shithole country. Another problem is also circumcision and condoms. If you are experiencing one or both of those it ruins you. I've also heard of men who said they have problems after a long life of dealing with women and just can't do it anymore. I think some men become desensitized to sex without affection. One successful man i know has a good career and has probably been with 50+ women in his lif…

Its already over. I'm observing this happen in my life and i've been in some of these households for an extended period of time observing what is going on. The kids being produced will not be able to do basic tasks, let alone run and manage industrial organizations and processes.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
