Guess I’ve only seen women post about “building their empire” but regardless of gender it’s equally as cringe. Of course it’s good to be ambitious but the people who do what they have to do are not usually the same people that advertise themself as that person who is gonna be successful

It’s hard to break the cycle but I’m really enjoying it now that I’ve been sober 3.5 months. I have a lot more energy to talk to women and alcohol sometimes brings a desperate sad side of me out that’s repulsive. I’ve dropped some weight and look less puffy so my confidence is up. I have a dog that’s made it a lot easier to stay sober cause I’m able to be social without drinking

I’m definitely not always 100% confident in these situations but when I am it feels great. There’s definitely steps I take to maximize my chances of having that confidence though. When I fuck it up I just laugh it off and don’t dwell on it

Ever since I got my golden people are 1000% more friendly towards me. This must be what it’s like to be an attractive woman. But yeah I get to talk to girls all the time and usually I don’t have the intention of getting their number. Nice to be able to strike up a conversation, talk for a minute and feel out if we vibe before asking for a number
