Right. There's a lot of inherent value in a long-term faithful monogamous relationship that's hard to appreciate if you aren't in one. You get a closeness that is impossible to achieve otherwise. A lot of "high value men" either did the vapid man whoring when they were young, or witnessed others do it, so they know it doesn't bring long-term happiness and avoid it. 1	Statistics on single women buying properties on their own Family law attorney here. He or she is right. Although the laws are now written neutrally and increasingly enforced neutrally, women still typically end up being the primary for childcare and thus the parties typically agree to let the women keep the home when you are equitably splitting assets.
