4	What do you wish you could tell your 22-year-old self? "Living with a guy is the same as being married, just without the legal protections and without a party. No matter how woke he is, or if he cooks." I was very anti marriage at the time because all the married women I knew were basically home slaves, and a lot of them were abused. I think this would have gotten through to me. Now I realize that the issue is LVM, not marriage. 2	How many times have you been the girlfriend complaining to your friends about a man that doesn't treat you right? Just dump him, and wait until you find someone better. Problem solved. Yeah, society teaches us how we should "work through" our relationship issues, get couple's therapy, find a way to forgive cheating...when 95% of the time, the solution is to dump his sorry ass.
