I live in Australia, so I spell 'ass' as 'arse'. In an Australian accent the word 'ass' (when not referring to the small equine creature) has an "ar" sound (like "car") whereas American pronunciation would use the same a as in "cat".

There are women like this, yes, but there are men that are perfect for them. The problem as I see it is that a nice guy can easily lose everything to a malicious bitch in the same way a cunt of a guy can destroy the ego and self-esteem of a nice woman. We just need to try our best to make sure the nice people end up together and the arseholes get stuck with each other. Eventually we'll speciate and it will get easier to tell.

Dude, WHAT THE FUCK?! Are you gay, homophobic or what? Calling other people "fgts" purely as an insult - ESPECIALLY in a context where you're devaluing people's opinions based on their sexuality - it's just wrong. As a hypothetical, let's say we're in the USA: If a black person was to say something along the lines of "cotton picking niggers" to white people because he doesn't think they're acting white enough, do you think that's going to be harmful or helpful? To be clear, I fully endorse the e…

This is an entirely serious question, and I definitely don't intend to offend, but are you homosexual? I'm particularly curious because of the possibility that you are sexually attracted to women but hate them at the same time. I have to reiterate that I'm not trolling in any way here. I'm just genuinely interested in sexual psychology. It is entirely possible to be sexually attracted to someone and hate them, I'm wondering if this is the case here.

Incidentally, I only saw this post because I came to this subreddit to unsubscribe. This is like circlejerk, but more of a sausage fest... very gay, very insecure.

As a male who's often seeing stuff in this subreddit that makes my blood boil - things that I would fight viciously against - I have to say that this doesn't anger me. The title did instill some curious frustration into me, but looking at this from an objective perspective... she did the right thing. The man was a violent, abusive cunt. "Battered wife syndrome" isn't diluted yet: it's one of the few 'victim' scenarios that hasn't been overwhelmed by pseudo-victims exploiting it. I do believe in …

No reasonable woman is looking to be paid unfairly more than men to close the gap. They're looking for ways to close the gap equitably - to guarantee men and women are paid fairly; so they are each paid according to their merits and their work put in. This is the problem. And feminism rarely asks "would it be better"; feminism jumps in and makes demands based on bad or poorly perceived information. At least, contemporary feminism. For example, instead of actually looking at the sociological, psy…

Dude, it might sound harsh, but your girlfriend is right. Negs are pick-up lines. They're for establishing attraction, stimulating interest and curiosity. You use pick up lines and 'moves' on strangers or in your first few encounters with someone you're flirting with. If you're in any kind of an interpersonal relationship you need to respect your partner and the idiosyncrasies of that relationship. Using 'negs' in a romantic relationship is a euphemism for psychologically abusing someone who tru…

The phrase "unwillingness to seriously sanction students accused of assault" does appear there, and even in context, it still means the exact same. The equivalent would be if I were to suggest there's a "disturbing unwillingness to seriously sanction students who accuse others of assault, even if those accusations are found “false”". The implication is that you punish people before you determine guilt, and 'in context' it still says the same thing.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
