Yea all the time, was terrified of intimacy, sexuality, completley emotionally undeveloped, im 23 now and could have easily had 5 girlfriends by now, or at least lays, these were 100% chances, and over 10 more real opportunities... ​ From what I can see its all about self-esteem, ppl like us have none because we tie it externally, No More Mr Nice Guy really opened my eyes on that subject. Also heavy approval seeking behaviour. ​

Being happy with yourself he says, so simple yet weird, its like happiness and confidence have nothing to do with your achivements, thats fascinating to me here, hugeee achivements - fcked confidence depressed, meanwhile some elemntary school dropout working shit job for low bucks - confident,happy,easy going, im sure you know guys like that too does that imply that people who strive forward are more prone to depression, cause where they are right now is never enough?
