2	How do I stop being such a jerk? I think I understand where you're coming from. I had a similar thing a couple of years ago (before TRP) where I was in your position. It came down to a lack of self restraint, not knowing when to stop and a general lack of self esteem. The lack of self esteem was the main factor for me as it resulted in a constant hunt for validation from others.
