If this was true, then in countries that are incredibly poor polygamy would be common, or in lower class citizens it would be common, but even there its not super common. 1	CMV When a man doesn’t want a child but a woman still gives birth, a man should be cleared of the financial responsibility The problem with this is the person who pays the price is the child. The father may not have wanted the child, the mother may be a shitty person, but the child is innocent and should not pay the price, so regardless both the mother and father should be forced to have parental responsibility.
