3	Getting laid in Europe I'm a local too. Right now there are a lot of tourists. I'd actually recommend you Moncloa (lots of young students that just finished the final tests drinking to death) and Gran Via/Sol. At night lots of people will try to sell you cheap tickets for pubs, often like (pub entry, a drink and a tequila shot/sisha for everyone on your group for 10€).
