Stop worrying about feminist causes and definitely stop participating in them if you did. We need to devote our efforts solely into the issues plaguing men and boys. I've been fortunate enough to never have had any bosses or coworkers be obnoxious or egocentric, and this applies to both the men and the women I've worked with. We don't want to impress men, we want to impress women, and women like it when men behave this way. Most things in life happen for multiple reasons.
