There probably is a wage gap, but it isn't due because of sexism. It is because people choose different jobs, go to different colleges, study different things, and get different degrees. If you were an employer, you wouldn't want to pay someone who's highest level of education is high school the same amount of money to someone who graduated from college. People have to stop thinking about this as gender. It might as well be the women tend to get lower paying jobs or less women go to college than…
