I googled "buzzfeed cargo shorts" and found two articles. The one posted by OP is from 2015, written by a dude, and has nothing to do with Men's Rights - it's cringey as hell and just complaining about how bad they allegedly look, but has nothing to do with Men's Rights. The other one from 2018 is saying the exact opposite - saying screw trends, just wear your damn comfortable and useful cargo shorts - and is somewhat amusing. At least for buzzfeed.

Except it does matter, though possibly not at that age. From a musical standpoint, it matters a lot. Male/female only choirs have a far different sound and tone than a mixed choir.

Unless it can somehow be proven that she knew what would happen (literally beaten AND killed) then it can't be first degree. Why? Who knows. Attention, wanted her brother to get in trouble (as the original story seems to suggest), actually thought it was a guy who touched her, was just nuts.... Who knows. I'm not defending her actions in any way, but there's not enough of a case for first degree.

What? As terrible as this is, a first degree murder requires intent to kill and forethought. Third-degree would make more sense - intent for bodily harm but not to kill.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
