So as long as we equally criticize men's and women's preferences, it's okay?

Of course they're PHYSICALLY attractive, but having to listen to them try to articulate a thought is so painful that it's actually difficult to find them attractive overall. Teenagers are just so goddamn stupid.

I also believe that any sex worker who doesn't have a pimp is extremely likely to enjoy their job. If you really liked sex, and sex was super easy to get, AND you could get paid for it...like why not? Of the 3 sex workers I've known, 2 really enjoyed it. They chose their johns and liked them. The 3rd had really bad mental issues and drug issues.

It's difficult to get precise numbers because the kind of smut we're talking about often hides itself as "romance", "fantasy", or "romantasy". In reality the line is about as blurry as possible between garden-variety sex scenes and the kind of stuff that would get you put on a list if you talked about it outside of the container of a romance novel. I think it's fair to assume that 90% of romance books have sex scenes. I also think it's reasonable though somewhat arbitrary to assume about 50% of …

Things I recently did for my female friends: put up and take down Christmas lights cut down a Christmas tree removed and threw out a mattress fixed a pool pump took bags of trash down a hill to a street collection took groceries down from the top shelf at the market drove her car at night on wet roads because she was scared built a fire To be fair, they are very grateful and do express appreciation.

Where I live, we LITERALLY can't afford to keep criminals, because voters keep saying on the one hand "lock up the criminals" but on the other hand "no, I am not willing to accept a tax hike to pay for another jail" So now the cops are like, we can't arrest this guy, we have nowhere to put him.

Ivory tower feminist intellectuals are meaningless. They do not control, direct, or inspire modern feminism. Most modern feminists have no idea their work exists. Examining men exclusively through the lens of how they're harmed by the patriarchy has a limited range. None of the great mass of modern TikTok feminists would even KNOW ABOUT the male suicide rate if the manosphere wasn't constantly talking about it. I'm not a red piller, I know the manosphere is mostly lies and grift. But I also know…

These young men are not being exploited, fuck off. Adults can have consensual sex with other adults.

Bullshit. No one gives a fuck if it's a "rough time", you're a grown ass adult and there is nothing wrong with you having consensual sex with other grown adults. Just to make it abundantly clear, I think you are lying when you claim that you think she's being predatory. I don't think you care about these precious innocent chaste angelic 18 year old men. I think you hate that she's violating gender norms and you are, consciously or subconsciously, grasping at something to justify your hate.

I think it's a more general issue than you realize. Whether nature or nurture or both, women tend to want a very clean household (though in my experience, it's almost exclusively partnered women who want this - most single women live in a chaos cave). Funny anecdote from my life: every single woman who has lived with me except my mother has complained that I didn't clean enough. Then those who went on to live by themselves had a household much much messier than the one we lived in.

You cannot expect business to pay people not to work for extended periods of time. I respectfully disagree. This works just fine in many companies (like tech giants) who offer generous parental leave, and in many countries (like western European nations) where long vacations are the norm.

I called this ten years ago. Feminists were always talking about the number of male politicians and CEOs etc. But then they were using that as an argument to boost women in college, especially in high-earning degrees. We're going to see more and more women earning more and more because feminists have been using solutions that pay off in 50 years to try to solve today's problems. 30 more women entering college will not spontaneously generate a single female CEO. 50 years from now, if this trend d…

The reason the rule is unspoken is because it's illegal. Under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA or the Act), employees have the right to communicate with their coworkers about their wages, as well as with labor organizations, worker centers, the media, and the public.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 06:04 AM

I need sex. I would get resentful if we're living together, saying "I love you", cuddling, but she doesn't desire me physically. As for other partners...I don't know. She seems to have no interest in finding anyone else ever. She's got her life together. I've been avoiding the question by focusing on work, but at some point I'll need to get back in the dating game and I don't know how she'll take it.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:29 AM

I'm not looking to date right now, but you're right. When I do refocus from work to finding a partner, it won't be her.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 02:34 AM

I'm in a situationship with a woman. We previously dated, and are absolutely truly in love, but she lost her sex drive (at least towards me, but honestly I think in general). I have a high sex drive. She refuses to try to change it, says she's happier without it (fair enough). If she matched my sex drive, I'd probably marry her. Like we're not perfectly compatible but we can work through everything else. When we broke up it was half the sex thing and half money (she made 2x as much as me and I c…

/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 12:58 AM

It literally does not. It changes the context for that woman, in her own mind, which I am not privy to but from my perspective as the man it is literally EXACTLY the same scenario in a freaky magic time warp way, just with 3 different women. God what is so impossible for you people to grasp here?

Don't take my word for it, ask the vast majority of men who have ever tried dating women. You're a grown up, look around the subreddit.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 10:13 PM
3

I don't see how you can possibly come to that conclusion when I'm saying the context is the same all 3 times.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 06:24 PM
2

Here we go again with the "if you just try hard enough, you can read her mind". I'm saying the exact same scenario with the exact same actions down to the facial microexpressions can mean 3 different things from 3 different women.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 06:24 PM
2

Lemme specify: same exact situation. Same location, same context, same conversation. Same man. 3 different women. 3 different meanings.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 05:57 PM
3

Bingo. That's why the resolution to this problem is to ignore what women say until you're in a relationship with one individual woman, and you get a chance to hear what she says. Until that point, just do whatever you want and make whatever assumptions you want and if she gets mad you couldn't read her mind, sucks to be her.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 05:48 PM
5

Almost every woman thinks this.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 05:07 PM
6

I repeat: But each woman expects you to know what it means to her, and if you just started dating that's impossible. Women absolutely do expect you to know ahead of time.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 04:33 PM

Off the top of my head, touch. One woman touching you on the arm means "I'm dtf RIGHT NOW" and another woman touching you on the arm means "I'm really interested in what we're talking about" and another woman touching you on the arm means "I'm feeling anxious and need some security". Which is fine, whatever. But each woman expects you to know what it means to her, and if you just started dating that's impossible.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 03:34 PM

I've known 3 women who did it. One eventually went full-on prostitute, one found a man and married him, and one is still single (mostly happily) and occasionally goes on dating sprints.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 02:36 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 07:24 AM

Trump personally is a walking pile of dementia. It's the Federalist Society and Turning Point USA who can influence things, and they are doing so. Trump was the vehicle to get them into power. They're still in the consolidation phase, and their main focus is on "immigrants", but women are in their crosshairs.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 07:14 AM

always kowtowing in fear to men threatening violence That is simply existence in a world with governments. It's about ensuring degrees of freedom within that paradigm. But ALL of it is backed by whoever has the power of physical violence. And, I'd like to emphasize, it's not some ridiculous thing being suggested here. Just empathy. Should be a basic requirement for human interaction.

Well, since we're on reddit, I was mainly thinking about reddit comments. I don't know what other media you're on, but you're definitely here.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 07:05 AM

Well you can start to understand why men voted for Trump as a backlash against feminism when you realize that Trump voters are fundamentally some of the dumbest humans to crawl upon the earth. Trump very obviously hates women and sees them as tools. The whole conservative movement has making women second class citizens as one of its primary goals. It's not about dating life, you're thinking too small. It's about a broad, society-wide, systemic suppression of women.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 07:02 AM

You're insane if you think getting in shape doesn't improve your chances with women. Mental self-improvement, okay, I'll give you that one, it doesn't affect your chances. But physical self-improvement? Chicks dig a low body fat man.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 06:54 AM

Is this a threat? Yes. You have a way to make it certain? Not me personally, but men in general. And it's really really awful. I'm saying if you take the "lol sucks to be you, idgaf" route it can horrifically backfire. Ideally, you would in fact gaf because it's the right thing to do, but even barring that, you should gaf because if you don't it can lead men to say "well fuck it we'll do it the hard way". It's a huge part of why Trump got re-elected. So if you can't have empathy, please at least…

Advice (on any subject) from anyone who is religious can always be immediately disregarded. On top of that, almost every parent gives terrible advice to their children, so you can ignore that too. Given that context, I think our view of women as paranoid makes a little more sense.

I feel like I've been hitting this theme a lot lately, but I would have women clearly and honestly state what they want in a guy, and stop pretending that what they want is what all women want (and the converse, what they find unattractive is universally unattractive). I think a lot of men's problems in the dating world is because we feel lied to. Women told us to never approach, to work on ourselves, that the right relationship would come along. You're both idiots. Misogynists believe women can do no wrong because of the whole Madonna-whore thing. Feminists believe women can do no wrong because girl power. Stop blaming each other and recognize that you're both part of the problem here.

I think part of the problem that you're experiencing is collapsing all women into one voice. We are individuals with individual preferences. If women would call each other out more, that would be easier. When one group of women is telling us one thing, the other group who wants us to do something completely different is totally silent. Men argue with each other all the time, it's really clear we're not a monolith. But women who want thing A will be silent while other women tell us to do thing B.…

It's impossible to keep up because we're being told to run in opposite directions simultaneously. Be in tune with your emotions, but it makes me uncomfortable when you display emotion. Be respectful and don't approach, but also I'll go home with you if you're a jerk to me. Build community and don't be so solitary, but keep your problems out of my life. Recognize that the struggles which men face are not a men's problem but a societal problem and one that we need to fix together. The vast majority of the time, when men bring up systemic issues the response from women is "that's not my problem, men should figure their own shit out". Just a complete lack of empathy or concern. We can't get into the specifics of how women should help when the vast majority of women have no interest in helping. That's what I mean by giving a shit. Just show concern…

I strongly disagree. Women here are willing to engage. Try dropping a truth bomb anywhere else and you'll get blocked and/or banned in a heartbeat. Whether they agree or disagree, the first step is actually having the conversation, and you can't get that elsewhere on reddit.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/25 05:55 AM

I keep saying this. Don't hate the women. Hate the system. Women in the dating market are just doing what any man would do if the situation was reversed. Women are not evil, they're just fortunate (in that respect, specifically, not life in general necessarily). This is why red pill is and always will be stupid. It correctly identifies the symptoms (which blue pill refuses to see), but totally fucks up the diagnosis.

That gap is there and I don't know how to close it. The only thing I can think of is that women have to start giving a shit about men. Men in Western nations spent about 20 years giving a shit about women's issues and putting in work to reduce inequality. Not all men, but it was absolutely the dominant cultural zeitgeist in the 90s and 2000s and the early 2010s. Women never reciprocated. So in the mid 2010s men stopped giving a shit about women's issues, and it's just been getting worse ever sin…

The problem is the outsize focus on attraction vs compatibility. It's why so many women end up with men they were initially attracted to but have grown to resent. And it's why "settling" exists, older women realize they should have de-prioritized attraction amd focused more on compatibility.

Then it is not about sex at all, it's about validation and ego. Yes! Absolutely! You get it! Don't you think that's sad? Kind of yeah, but that's humanity for you. Most people are like that. It's almost impossible to develop a healthy sense of self esteem from scratch. You need a measure of external validation, which men are SEVERELY lacking in, and women have in such abundance they barely notice it's even a need. No one tells men they're pretty. No one tells men they're desirable. It absolutely…

I'm not looking for a partner, does that count? So for example, I make over $200k, I'd be looking for a partner who makes around $100k and up. EDIT: I'm fine if she makes as much or more than me, I've just got a lower bound. But why the fuck would I? If you're starving, you'll eat anything. People's emotional needs aren't met by having sex. Very trusted friends, verbally, in person. Usually women will put feelers out. Show them a pic of a hot male sex offender and instead of going "oh my god that's disgusting" they'll say something neutral like "wow" or "he reminds me of so-and-so" and if the response is also neutral or slightly suggestive then they'll start getting thirsty. I always have the ‘option’ of letting some guy try to live out his porn fantasy without being terribly concerned about me. Yes, you do, and if you didn't then you'd be much more stressed out about not having it. Like men are. Since it's always available to you, you take it for granted, and raise your standards. Unless the women are religious, which globally is most women. Religion is extremely sexually repressive. Most women in rural places are not walking around with big body counts. Grabbing someone's ass is inherently sexual and it's crazy to suggest otherwise. It's a gendered thing in that for the majority of female friend groups, touching is ok, and for the majority of male friend groups, touching is not ok, and in almost every single friend group, men touching women is not ok. So it's a social dynamics thing but given the consistent trends across most groups, it's also a gender thing in aggregate.

If she doesn't say anything she's in the wrong, not the group. This is assuming you're ok with the default paradigm that it's ok when women do it. Pretending that slapping a woman's ass is completely devoid of sexual context and therefore perfectly ok is a disingenuous defense of a double standard. It's obviously ridiculous. Just own the double standard, women. OP, the reality is that it's seen as ok when women do it. Yes, that's a double standard. Listen, you're being reasonable here. But it's NOT UNREASONABLE for a woman to look around her, see that women touching other women is generally ok, and assume it's generally ok for her to touch other women. That's the reality of society now. If you're not cool with it, you have to speak up. If enough people speak up, society changes.

Realizing that women are willing to insult all of men despite knowing that the great majority of men are not rapists and abusers. That's what made me lose respect. I guess the point OP was making is that if women have zero sympathy for men who want to live out porn fantasies, men should have zero sympathy for women who want to live out romance fantasies. So everyone just lies to each other.

I haven't dated in like 5 years, but in my experience it's the rare woman who puts any sort of effort in, either on apps or irl.

For average women, while it's much much easier to sleep with a hot guy than it is for an average guy to sleep with a hot girl, it's definitely not a done deal. Sometimes, average guys are all that's available. More importantly, women do want relationships. So sometimes they'll fall for the lie that a guy is really into her when all he wants is sex, because she's desperate for a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 06:46 AM

Man wants sex. Woman wants relationship. Man lies about commitment to get sex. Woman lies about attraction to get relationship. Tale as old as time.

They’re speaking for themselves, not issuing some universal commandment. That's not remotely true. Women couch their personal preferences as universal rules all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 02:58 AM

That's what men need to learn: whenever a woman tells you what she wants or what her preferences are, just tune her out. Women lie, a lot, especially to themselves, even in anonymous forums. Don't bother listening. Approach when it's appropriate, respect the "no", and accept the risk of some unhinged bitch trying to ruin your life for tiktok views

Impotent frustrated noises in the soundproof walls of ivory towers aren't helping much. You want to reclaim feminism, you gotta go loud. I think and hope we're building towards a fracturing of mainstream feminism which will allow feminists to criticize other feminists in public. The 2024 election should have been a come-to-Jesus moment for all leftist spaces about the dangers of alienating men, but so far there hasn't really been any serious self-reflection.

Feminism isn't a completely unified ideology, but I think that's the majority opinion, yeah
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 02:20 AM

This clearly shows there is motion on this problem. The motion is backwards. Abortion used to be available in the whole US. That's part of why feminism is still needed: the risk of losing what was previously gained.

Gender essentialism is completely at odds with feminism, so there's not much point debating it. The two ideologies disagree about fundamental truths.

Men are labeled as allies and seen as secondary because they haven't put in the work to be equal compatriots in taking down gender norms. There's no good male counterpart to feminism, maybe the men's rights movement but it's riddled with misogynists. Men haven't put in the work like women have for generations. And then men want to show up and demand an equal spot at the table.

For me, the failing of feminism as a movement is that it never polices its own members. Self-proclaimed feminist: says hateful, misandrist shit Other feminists: crickets A bad apple spoils the bunch. I feel like feminism has girl-powered its way into being co-opted by the most hateful elements. I will never respect feminism until feminists start calling out other feminists. I agree with you, but to play the devil's advocate: modern feminist will say that this is feminism. Feminism comes in waves, and there is no need for a wave of women to march demanding suffrage, or the right to divorce abusive husbands. Feminism has grown to address the needs of the modern era, including dismantling harmful gender norms. The word for these gender norms and the structure that put them into place is the patriarchy. The patriarchy does not mean "men". It means the harmful social no…

For me, dating is a hookup that keeps going. I don't like women who categorize them differently. First and foremost I want a woman who's attracted to me. That's a baseline requirement. Not that she finds me nice or funny or smart or that she feels comfortable around me or respects my accomplishments. All of that is stuff I can get from friends. Sexual desire has to be there first and foremost in order for the relationship to become anything at all. If we then also vibe on a personal level, it ca…

I feel like it's a common tune, when women do something, encounter something, it's all on them, personally. Complete sidebar, if you feel like discussing it: I don't think I've ever seen society impose this attitude on women (except for incel men, who blame everything on women and can thus be ignored). I have however seen a lot of women impose this idea on themselves, even in defiance of society. It's a common trope that after a breakup, a woman goes to her friend group and says "what did I do w…

Women don't need to compete to find a man romantically or sexually interested in her. Women DO compete for the relatively few men with a combination of desirable traits. I already covered this. Do you see her as a person who happens to be Asian? Or do you see her exclusively as an Asian - with all your chosen stereotypes about Asians? The depersonalization is what makes fetishism. Why do you like Asian women? If it's a visual preference, that's just having preferences. If it's because you believe Asian women act a certain way and have a certain set of values, that's probably fetishization.

To some degree, sex is a skill. Sleep around a lot and get feedback so you can fuck better. Then you'll be more likely to be a woman's best lay. Women also want different things in bed. What one woman thinks is the greatest finishing move ever will be "meh" to another woman. So again, sleep around until you find a woman who is into what you do best. And then biology matters too. /r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 10:01 PM

I think it's more common than you think. When you see a woman first and foremost as "Asian woman" instead of "person", that's probably fetishization.

I think you're referring to kink, not fetishization. But fetishizing doesn't necessarily have to have a sexual component.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 09:55 PM

it paints white men in a positive, highly masculine light. No way, it's the exact opposite. White men going after Asian women is like turning down the difficulty on a game because you can't handle it on hard mode. People aren't jealous, they're contemptuous.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 09:53 PM

No, they're talking about actual fetishization, which is a big thing especially between whites and Asians. Not just a physical preference, which is fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 06:27 PM

That's just impractical. No one has ever solved anything by just saying "be better". But society enforces a lot of rules by saying "do this or we'll shun you".

I think relationships between people of different ages have so many variables it's almost impossible to say for certain that this age gap is always fine and that age gap is always bad. Ages of consent are a best-guess compromise. There will be some people above and below any arbitrary age who are or are not mature enough to be in a relationship. However, statistically, the odds increase as the gap widens, especially when one person is on the lower end. I think we should reframe the age gap argum…

/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 10:24 PM

If you've never seen women call a man boring but have seen a lot of violent men, that probably says more about where you are socioeconomically than anything about men and women in general. but I think there is a disconnect where women use "excitement" to mean sexual chemistry... but guys seem to think it means having "cool guy hobbies" like a motorcycle or playing in a band. 100% agreed. Women want to be sexually excited by a guy. Having cool hobbies is just window dressing.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 05:38 AM

lol no, you really think NT men are out here getting girls that easily?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 02:35 AM

You can add a man into that mix. My gf literally would tell me about her turkey sandwich - this conversation happened multiple times! She loves turkey sandwiches - and I was fascinated every time. Sometimes I would zone out and get stuck in a loop of "I love hearing her talk, she's so amazing" and miss the actual words she's saying, to be fair. Love does that. She could count to a thousand and she'd have my rapt attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 02:34 AM

I think their skewed perspective is based on the fact that there’s a higher chance that a random, “average” guy will have to put in a lot more effort into finding both a sexual partner and someone who actively wants to be in a relationship with them. Bingo. I really have a difficult time sympathizing with women who complain about how difficult it is to find a relationship. It's just as difficult for men to find a decent woman, except a woman can test out a lot of men much more quickly than a man…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 02:27 AM

Good, then you're already doing most of what any reasonable person could ask the average woman to do. Thank you, seriously.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 02:07 AM

I know. But still, the question was asked and answered. Honest question - a lot of women will donate time and money to help oppressed peoples, the environment, education, any number of things, when it doesn't personally benefit them. Why is helping men so different? How come when it comes to men, women need to see personal benefit before helping?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 02:05 AM

Apps are a lost cause for guys, there's no fixing that unless the apps themselves change their algorithms.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 01:53 AM

I work with all straight men. We've had some "totally joking...unless" convos about marrying each other just to be able to finally afford a house.

I think a lot of oppressed people go through that process. It's human nature. When you're oppressed, all you can think about is ending the oppression. When you're hungry, all you can think about is the next meal. When you're poor, all you can think about is getting money. It's hard to conceptualize that once the dog finally catches the car, he still won't be fulfilled.

Funny enough, this is why I think long-term, the US will beat the pants out of China and every other nation if it can just hold together. As a nation of immigrants, the US doesn't need to fear declining birth rates; it can easily import as many new people as needed.

Theoretically, is there a point where it would cause so much societal harm that things would change somehow? Let's say hypothetically if the mass of angry single men didn't do what masses of angry single men have always done in history. Would women be forced to change their approach eventually? Would we see a massive uptick in lesbian relationships? Would population growth drop off a clip since everyone is single now?

Let's go with "attractive" then. I'd argue that being attractive is more important than being good in bed.

Fucking a hole is all that's needed to get off for men. Pleasing a woman is a skill that takes study and practice. They should teach it in uni.

Sure but then it's still not society catering to women. It's greedy women forcing a change on society.

That's ridiculous. People without power can seize power. Or have it irrevocably granted to them. It happens all the time between different social and ethnic groups, it just didn't happen much for women until the 20th century.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 05:27 AM

I've personally seen it a lot. I have no idea if it's a normal thing societally, but in my high school experience girls almost exclusively went after bad boys or much older men.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 05:22 AM

You joke, but I used to be friends with a lot of ex-cons and this was absolutely a thing, just done via pen-pals.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 05:21 AM

I'm guessing it's because we never hear the danger-seeking women contradict the "all men are terrifying" women, and we never hear the "all men are terrifying" women acknowledge that the danger-seeking women exist as an appreciable fraction of women. What women say, as a whole, supports the "men are terrifying" narrative. What we see women do, as a whole, supports the "danger seeking" narrative. These may be two different groups of women but we only ever hear one thing and only ever see a differe…

Women, by contrast, exerted profound influence in the intimate, kinship, and cultural domains, Influence, sure. Power? Not always, probably not even most of the time. And regardless, formal power structures by definition will always have the ability to override informal social organizations.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 05:01 AM

I agree, but I don't think it's such an unimaginable future. We may look on the "essential patriarchy argument" as a thing of the past.

I wonder if there would be a market for sperm freezing similar to egg freezing for women. Push for all men to freeze some sperm then get a vasectomy young. That way, if and when they want kids it can be done in a controlled setting with an invested partner.

I think it's less about risk and more about pleasure. I have a pet theory that if women were guaranteed an orgasm every time they had intercourse, they'd be out there fucking any guy they could get ahold of.

I think the point he's making is that on the one hand, men want women to be more promiscuous in general. But on the other hand, they want the specific woman they're with to have been chaste in the past. These two things naturally conflict and it makes no sense to want both.

I don't think there's any real good data on how many enjoy it vs do it out of desperation vs are coerced into it. It's definitely not all of any one category. I've known two, one really enjoyed it and the other hated it and was disgusted by it.

If you define patriarchy as any system where women either have no rights, or are dependent on men for their rights, then the patriarchy will always exist. The phrase "dependent on men for their rights" is way too vague, I think. At most, I think you could call an egalitarian society where men COULD take away women's rights a theoretical patriarchy. It doesn't mean it's a patriarchy in practice. It just means that the threat of a true patriarchy exists. And I think in the modern era of guns and d…

Exactly what part of society doesn't explicitly cater to women? Example off the top of my head: blue collar work environments. They're massively misogynistic across the US and much of Europe, and little effort has been made to fix that.

The unborn are not a person, killing them is like killing a tapeworm. I don't understand when men insist that this specific woman carry this specific fetus to term when men want to be parents. If she doesn't want it, great. The man has the opportunity to find a woman much better suited to being a parent, and he can have a child with that woman instead.

Personally, in the US, almost every woman I've ever talked to about this has had a much older man try something with them when they were in their early teens or younger. Many men too, but it doesn't seem to bother us as much because it's not as threatening I guess? Full on adult women were hitting on me when I was 14, but I was just like, "cool, but uh my dad is waiting for me in the car so...bye..."
