I'm late to the party, but wanted to support your views! I worked in a male dominated field for years. The result is actually what brings me to RPW. It taught me how fundamentally different men and women are. To work in a male dominated field, you have to understand that you can't change their nature. My advice, for what it's worth, is to be clear where your "lines" are, let the guys know you don't appreciate certain topics. I am very expressive with my face, so a glare or raised eyebrow were my…

You can also check out Crunchy Betty's blog, she has a couple posts on oil cleaning. She has tons of info about how to mix oils for your skin. I use only 1/3 mineral oil, and the rest carrier oils and vitamin E oil. I also have a separate oil mixture for moisturizing:) Good luck I love the way my face feels now!

First, let me say a planner is only as good as how you use it. I want to trust a system and leave my plans there without keeping it in my brain. However, I have a hard time letting go. I have spent an embarrassing amount of time deciding what planner I want. That being said: I currently use an Erin Condren Life Planner. I like the vertical layout. I put all future planning in the month on two page spread. Then every week I transfer what I have coming up to the weekly spread as To-Do lists and ap…

I agree 100% about love languages being "fluid." My # 2-3 depend on what's going on. #1 is always physical touch, the others depend on what I'm not getting as much of at the time. I have done the assessment multiple times. When we're busy and don't spend much time together, I want more QT. Got time off together? I need more words of affirmation. This has lead me to try to speak them all to Hubby.

Both subs have been really helpful at locating sources/search terms, so I have enough, I think. My professor helped me adjust my thesis so the interview is no longer crucial to my argument. That took the sting out of not being able to use it. Thanks again! Enjoy your evening!

Hi. I am very sorry about this, but my professor finally responded to an email from last week, apparently self conducted interviews are unacceptable sources due to the level of the class. I tried to argue, but she basically gave me the, "Because I said so" argument. We even talked about how to conduct interviews in class. I really don't understand, but I don't get to make the call. I don't want to waste any more of your time. I appreciate everything you have done for me! I am too pissed off righ…

I do not object to any of the conditions. I understand your security concerns. I am not publishing this paper in any way, shape, form, or fashion. It will just be sent in to my teacher and I have to do some sort of presentation to my class, but I don't know what that entails specifically yet. I know it won't be beyond my classmates, there's about 20. I had planned on making up names for the interviewees (or letting them make up their own) and putting into my paper that due to security concerns t…

I understand your skepticism, I would be too, honestly. So far, I have these questions. They are designed to answer questions my classmates may have, as much as things I feel I need for the paper. I may come up with more as I get these responses, but I am truly not trying to have anyone justify their relationship to me. I just want to share a different way of thinking with people. I explained why I am asking certain questions in parentheses after some of them. I am also terrible at formatting, I…

I use tiny bits over and over to get the right amount for different areas, I love it when my man gets by back for me!

I may be late to the party here, but I just discovered Vom Fass. I got a sample pack with 3 oils and 3 vinegars, and LOVE mixing them over my salad ingredients. So yummy and legitimately healthier than all the chemicals in regular store bought salad dressing!! If you go to the store, they let you taste them and try different combos!

I apply it right after my shower, and run around naked while I finish getting my hair in line. This seems to give it time to soak in enough. Also I don't use that much, it can sometimes feel greasy if I do. I have dry skin, though.

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out because even though I have fair skin and need it, I detest putting sunscreen on my face!

I'm not sure how common it is. I would LOVE to use a Deva Cup all the time, so many benefits for me personally. However, having a dislodged IUD was painful and scary! I have a new one now, thankfully my insurance paid for both of them.

Yes! Getting your IUD dislodged by a Soft Cup, or a Deva Cup is a very real possibility! It happened to me:(
