to add on to what u/Seriously_High_guy said..... Running over someone and deliberately using her vehicle as a fucking battering ram...could have resulted in her being charged with assaulting a police officer with a deadly weapon(the vehicle). The amount of restraint these cops had was mindboggling. While those are extremes, the point is as valid. Becoming a SEAL is one of those extremes.
