I don't know talking to starnger guys It sounds way too weird than to practice talking to Women at least with women your intention is clear (she's cute, want phone number, date). The advice should be form or join a group of guys (band, sport team, other interest with lots of buddies where you can practice) t is mentioned in many masculnity threads. Yeah man I would move and would not take the flirting personally like I said above about my case "She can stare now all she wants" as I'm not taking it seriously.
