So that was what happened, I was like "Ghandi is my friend, I don't need any defenses there". Sometime later he revoked friendship and then bum rushed me.

Not really, I usually browse 2-3 different french newspapers on an almost daily basis and as far as I know there hasn't been a huge scandal so far.

It's more likely the university won't let her is what she's talking about and it was a rhetorical question of hers. University dislike or even stop countersuing due to Title IX as countersuing could discourage people from coming out against their abuser etc.

More like it as non-public list lol, like who benefits from that being public, more like just a record kept that when there is another court case she'll actually have the burden of proof.

Not really good to hear, but necessary to. Also good on OP for getting out and keep going, live life for yourself and do what makes you happy.

Shoutout to u/SpikedGIraffe for writing a nice, though somewhat passive agressive comment, informed and well-meaning comment. Immediately gets shouted down and called human garbage... wow

Faith is the strong belief in something without any significant way to back it up with 3 key elements, a cognitive, an emotional and an ethical. Nowadays I should probably just say belief or trust in something since faith is so commonly associated with religion, despite it not actually being so. I for example have faith in reality, mind, past and future as do most if not all normal human beings.

It is called flashbulb memory, because the high intensity emotions - including stress - literally highlight the memory and make it stay more prominent to nearly every detail, though who might say how those same illuminating emotions interfere with that and related memories. Source - Brown and Kulik 1977, thx IB Psych for making remember this. Furthermore this study shows how a more relatable subject of some larger collective memories (Death of JFK/MLK Jr) increase correlation when the race is th…

Heyy, I vote, nvm, thank god i don't vote in 'murica. Hate polarization, and in the U.S.A. that is what is most common, though one has the ability to interact with ones representative on certain issues, so it is almost just black and white, with very little ground for compromise.

From living in Germany for 15 years i never really noticed that, I think only I believe that it is I think to be common courtesy to hold the 2 closest parking spots at gas stations open for people who feel uncomfortable, still do that in the U.S.

Just work slightly on your diction etc. for example do not say "men could not take rejection well and could be mean", mean just sounds like an odd one out.

Most likely, for example color perception is attributed to the x chromosome, and on the y chromosome only a part of the genes are pseudoautosomal (meaning present in both Sex chromosomes) so some genes must be unique to the y chromosome, which would have an effect on the male phenotype.
