Don't send them to it. Not enough funds to provide free abortions for everyone? Uh oh, guess it's coming out of pocket. Not enough funds to pay for single mothers' welfare? Don't forget that the federal reserve literally makes money out of nothing to profit big banks, and is a private corporation owned by those banks (we have no idea who owns shares, but this is the most likely scenario). Also, a significant portion of the money in circulation literally doesn't exist, it's just a number in a bank's database somewhere.
