"Work on yourself bro" is actually bad advice for young dudesAgree with the lack of common sense, although I’ve seen it from the other-side too. I’ve gotten accused of not being fit and just making excuses for not working out for saying I thought certain “get fit” dating advice was worded poorly and might give the wrong impression. Wasn’t saying you shouldn’t get fit just that getting fit is great but I’ve seen too many people have unrealistic expectations of it | /r/seduction | 10/10/22 07:14 PM
Do people really have amazing sex lives and adventurous stories from college? I feel like I'm missing out a lot!Didn’t go to a party school but partied more weekends than not by a long shot and would say this is accurate. It never happened to me but I did know some people who had crazy one night stand stories but its kind of like finding $20 on the ground, it happens but its more of a flukey thing that you just happen to be right place right time. What happened way more was people saying they’re not sleeping with a certain person again then next weekend they get drunk and do it again anyways. | /r/seduction | 21/07/22 04:42 PM
After taking a hard look at my dating life I’ve come to the realization that I just want hot women for statusI actually think though working towards something and becoming rich and/or having a nice car can be fulfilling and valuable. The problem is that its use in dating can be somewhat limited. Like a girlfriend isn’t going to be that useful to feeling professionally fulfilled, your job is far more important. However in the same token, your job isn’t that important to romantic fulfillment, a girlfriend is. Your girlfriend and job are both important but important for different reasons. | /r/seduction | 21/03/22 07:19 PM
After taking a hard look at my dating life I’ve come to the realization that I just want hot women for statusThat kind of mentality that OP is talking about can hurt you in terms of dating. It keeps you from actually developing a connection, which eventually kills any attraction they might have. Like in the past I definitely viewed having a hot girlfriend as validation for athletic/academic/professional success. I’ve struggled with dating because I focused on things like athletic achievement to get a girlfriend. Its the kind of mentality where guys can end up relying on flashing money or abs or whateve… | /r/seduction | 21/03/22 06:22 PM
Why do you have to introduce yourself with achievements? Some it is that it seems like if you don’t mention it you can get a bunch of people assuming you’re overweight and live with parents without a job. | /r/seduction | 19/05/21 08:37 PM

What's your unpopular seduction opinion? Something you secretly think, but would otherwise be down voted to all hell on this subDepending on how you view what they’re saying, some it is coming from personal trainers. However most of them seem to be pushing back on people coming in with unrealistic expectations. Expecting that getting a great physically fit body they will suddenly go from being a 35 yo virgin to constantly getting laid. | /r/seduction | 26/04/21 03:18 PM
You can't earn a person’s affection through performing unrequested actions and then getting upset when they don’t give you what you want.Agree but don’t really think that communicating low status or desperation are the issue. Affection is about feelings and engaging with them, especially sexual and romantic ones. Buying however suggests a transactional relationship where feelings don’t matter. It wouldn’t matter if you came across as low status or desperate or not, if you never actually engage with their feelings they’re not going to be attracted. | /r/seduction | 17/03/21 05:08 PM

PSA for Young Guys getting into pickupFocusing on how you make someone feel is definitely something that gets underrated. I think the problem with how credentials are valued by people wanting to be more romantically successful is that often they’re focusing too much on the what rather than the why. I’ve found that credentials can be an incredibly powerful means just not an end themselves. Its a distinction that’s obvious but also easy to forget. Like I remember a fitness vlogger talking about how girls aren’t attracted to big biceps… | /r/seduction | 25/02/21 05:41 PM
