Antidepressant are the last resort mate, I took some for nerve pain during one month and I felt so apathetic and indifferent it was unbearable. It might help with emotions and anxiety, but it kills your sex drive (I nearly couldn’t ejaculate anymore) felt like I was a passive spectator of my life. Be careful before taking some.

It’ll take time. But something I can say is : try to go to events as much as possible with someone, make jokes, also you can read “how to make friends and how to keep them” by dale carnegie (the title is a bit misleading imo but it is great to build new relationships and broaden your social circle) Work on your eye contact, your voice, your story telling, your non verbal language. Go out, have fun with people, don’t judge, be curious about others :)

I think the thing is you have to try once to tell them and see how they react If they react in a negative way, don’t take it personally and don’t tell them in the future. Besides, remember a LOT of guys have tinder. Your parents also had sex so how could they blame you for that?
