I disagree. I've stopped joggers before and many of them are completely receptive to being hit on. Yep. I'm certainly no suave Redditor, but I get a good amount of millage from just walking up to a girl, saying, "You wanna dance?" and holding out my hand for her to take. Literally that's it.
